This was the original recipe I found:

Greek-Tuna salad sandwich

  • 1 can (12 oz) tuna, drained, flaked
    1/2 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-ounce jar)
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 loaf (1 lb) French bread
    1/4 cup Italian dressing

What I used was:

  • 1 Can of Tuna
  • 1 Stalk of celery chopped with my "slap chop"
  • As much feta as I wanted
  • 2 strawberries also slap chopped
  • drowned in Italian dressing, i wanted to use Greek but didnt have much left
  • and some lettuce
  • on a french bread loaf made from one of the 'cans'

best lunch ive had in a while!!
