Recipe Time!

As promised, here’s the recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!


  • 1 Cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

In another bowl combine:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Sift 2nd bowl of ingredients slowly into first with hand mixer.
Once everything is combined, hand stir in 1 cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Drop by spoonful on to lightly sprayed baking sheet

Bake at 350 Degrees for 10 minutes
Cool on wire rack

Be aware, if you’re going to store these like in tupperware or ziploc bags, they will stay very moist! I’ve found if i put them in a pastry box, and separate layers with parchment paper it seems to help keep their fluffy shape.
